What would you say if I told you my theory that most of what ails us is rooted in a feeling of powerlessness?

What if I suggested that feeling powerful comes from the inside and not from the outside?

In my experience, power shows up in life in relatively small increments.  It’s the sum of those increments– which need to be recognized and embraced– that leads us along the path of empowerment and living an authentic life.

Why would I write a blog about this stuff?  Because I want to learn more about power myself and I’m pretty sure I’m not alone in that.  I’m hoping to experience the new car effect (where you buy a new car and suddenly see that same make and model everywhere you turn) by focusing my attention on the power around me, on ways to deflate the sense of powerlessness that drives me crazy, and by recognizing the power I do have.  I’d also love to create a community through which we can all support each other on this quest.

Who am I?  Tamar Armoni, regular person seeking beauty and divinity.  Credentials?  I’m 43 years old and an ongoing student of life, magic, and the connection with everything.

How do you reach me?  Leave me a comment or email me. I’d love to hear from you if you’re like-minded or if you have insights you’d like to share.

Tamar, way to go with starting your blog! And I love the focus. Power means so many different things and manifests in amazing ways, is challenged in unique and mundane circumstances, and needs to be realized more. Furthermore, yay, “authentic living”! 🙂
